Where were you born?

I was born in Detroit; it is the largest city in the Midwestern state of Michigan. Detroit is also the birthplace of Motown Records; whose chart-topping history is on display at their original headquarters. The estimated population is 673,104.

What would people be surprised to know about you?

That I’m an introvert, I channel my attention to the task at hand to eliminate errors.

What is the most inspiring part of your job?

Being able to help customers with issues, when someone is struggling, it’s nice to be able to correct an issue for them.

What are you doing when not providing great service at Hughes Supply Statesville?

Spending time with my family. I’m a family-first person that believes in the sanctity of our team.

Where is your favorite vacation destination?

The beach, I love to listen to the waves on the shore as I fall asleep at night.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever given or received?

To always be honest, no matter the cost. The truth is always easier to remember.

Who is your hero and why?

Jesus! Because He died for me.
