Where were you born?

I was born in Tennessee; it is a landlocked state in the U.S. South. It is the heart of the country music scene, with the Grand Ole Opry, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and a legendary stretch of honky-tonks and dance halls.

What are your hobbies?

I really enjoy cars, I go to the races when I can, car shows and a lot of cruises-ins.

What is the most inspiring part of your job?

Meeting new people is inspiring for me, I believe that I can learn more from someone else than a computer.

What are you doing when not providing great service at Hughes Supply Statesville?

I try to enjoy life, my glass is always half-full, I’m an optimistic person with a passion for fun.

What would you do if you won the lottery?

I would build a big building and fill it with old cars and trucks, then try to assist others that really need help.

Where is your favorite vacation destination?

Either the beach or the mountains, regardless of the season, it’s always peaceful and relaxing.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever given or received?

Always be nice to people and always do your best and live life every day.

What sports teams do you root for?

I’m a Tennessee Volunteers fan.
